Please note, slight color variations will occur between the items you view on your computer, tablet, and/or phone and the item you receive. This is due to the different calibration settings of different computer monitors. Please be aware of this before making your purchase.
If the item you receive is incorrect or damaged, we will happily correct the mistake at absolutely no charge to you. However, you must email us with a photo of the item and/or damage within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please be sure to include your invoice information in the email. This small window of time is required to ensure that the damage did not occur from wearing the item. Please send this information along with the description of the issue to LivingLifeInTheSun@gmail.com.
To place a return, please email us within 15 days of the date you receive your order. Send the email to LivingLifeInTheSun@gmail.com with your invoice information and we will send you a return form. You can print this form, fill it out, and include it with the items you are shipping back for a refund. Absolutely no returns will be accepted outside of this 15 day window for any reason.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping, that is the responsibility of the customer. Any items returned must be sent in original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed - with original tags and/or in original packaging if applicable. A refund for the purchase amount will be returned to you within 7 business days.
